Shipping and Handling Policy
Delivery Coverage:
We deliver to all postal addresses across India at a minimal cost. Please note that courier services do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, we request customers to provide a complete street address, including the correct pin code/zip code.
Delivery Confirmation:
Couriers may not always provide a sign confirmation for deliveries. To avoid disputes, please ensure someone is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted.
Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. We strive to ship all items within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order.
Dispatch Confirmation Email
- For alteration requirements, our professional tailors will take measurements through a video call. As these are virtual measurements, any minor alterations required post-delivery will need to be managed by the customer.
- Before dispatch, product images and details will be uploaded to your "My Account" section under Video Shopping Orders. If we do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of sending the dispatch email, we will proceed to ship your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the price of individual items. Our shipping rates are fair and transparent.
Shipments to Special Locations
Shipments to hotels, colleges, schools, and hostels are sent at the customer’s risk. B Black Beauty will not provide refunds, credits, or attempt re-shipment if delivery is refused or unaccepted at such locations.
Courier Delivery Attempts:
Courier companies will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails, customers will need to pick up the parcel from the nearest courier office, bearing any additional charges. Rescheduling delivery may also incur additional costs, which must be borne by the customer.
Transit Risk
We insure all shipments at no extra cost to our customers. If a courier company fails to deliver, the customer will not incur any loss. However, B Black Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages or any damages once the package has been delivered to the customer’s address.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days before reprocessing or reshipping the order, subject to product availability.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive an email with shipment details, including the tracking number, courier service name, and expected delivery date.
You can also track your order on our website at Track Your Order by logging into your account.
Address Change Requests
Address change requests can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email us at bblackbeauty2211@gmail.com for assistance.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for any penalties or additional fees charged by courier companies for incorrect addresses or mismatched pin codes. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
Packaging and Dispatch Timelines
All products are securely packed in polythene and taped with B Black Beauty tags before being handed over to the courier. Dispatch timelines mentioned with products are approximate and may vary depending on availability and other factors. If products from different shipping categories are selected, the dispatch date will align with the product requiring the longest shipping time.
Delays
In case of delays due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email. Please note:
- Compensation will not be provided for delays.
- Delivery dates are approximate, and we are not liable for delays or partial shipments.
- Unfulfilled orders may be issued as a credit note.
Force Majeure:
Natural calamities such as snowstorms, floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
